OZLEM SARIOGLU, PCC is a professional coach working with leaders, teams and organizations and is also the co-founder of Sparkus Digital Coaching Platform, one of the 400 start-ups around the globe invited to the World Economic Forum with a social impact. As the managing partner responsible for coaching in Sparkus, she has vast experience on how to adopt coaching services to the digitalization agenda of the corporate HR and L&D teams, also leading the Sparkus coach pool. She is the author of the book “World Voices in a Polarized World” which focuses on adopting an individual coaching technique, namely Voice Dialogue, to teams and organizations. In 2019, Ozlem was recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF) with the “ICF Young Leader Award” as one of the six people to carry the coaching profession into the future.

I am enthusiastic, energetic, and direct individual with diverse industry experience in HR for over 15 years (retail and wholesale, banking, oil&gas, automotive and public sector). I enjoy reading a good book that broadens my knowledge and understanding, am in love with adrenaline sports and eager to get back to car racing. On the other side I find it equally exciting spending time in the nature which gives me a new wave of energy needed to overcome daily challenges in ever changing world.

Business wise, I strongly believe that company culture drives employee engagement and that these two areas are the base for business sustainability and development.

Our really is, as Mr Trudeau said, that the world around us is changing at the fast pace and yet the change will never be this slow again. Lara Calfa is the HR Director of Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations (HCAP).
She has over two decades of experience as Human Resources Leader – specialist and generalist – in a variety of industries, in various companies in Greece and abroad, with focus both on local and European level and in multinational as well as Greek environments.

Lara started her career with Colgate Palmolive in Greece. She then worked at the European Headquarters of Colgate Palmolive in Brussels and Paris while working closely with the Global Headquarters in New York. She moved back in Greece on 2000 where she worked in a variety of industries, always as an HR Leader, in companies like Wind (telecommunications), ANT1 Group (Media), Media Markt/Saturn (Retail), Famar (Pharma Manufacturing). Lara and her teams won a variety of awards for employee experience and digital transformation initiatives.
