Group HR Director
My name is Edyta Nales and I am glad to be a speaker during the 3rd Annual HR Transformation Forum in Amsterdam. I enjoy working in international environments, especially within the datacenter, cloud and telecom industries. As Group HR Director of Linxdatacenter, I have designed and rolled-out global HR strategies, including employee engagement programs. At the HR Forum I will share my best practices in building and implementing initiatives that improve employer branding, boost team performance and strengthen individual engagement.
